Pranayama is a subtle practice to make the body light and strong and harness to power of the mind. This course we will cover the five Pranas and the five prana vayus, the 7 main chakras and the 3 main bandhas. We will do various breathing exercises to enhance and balance out the entire body. Many of these exercise will incorporate breath retention. We will also utilize the pranayama practice as a segue to meditation.
